These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of asthemesworld.xyz (the "Site") operated by Asthemesworld ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Asthemesworld is an AI platform for generating, editing, and scaling images and video, currently in pre-launch. The Site presently offers product information and a waitlist for early access. Features, availability, pricing, and launch timing described on the Site are plans, not commitments, and may change without notice.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, any particular position in line, or any specific pricing. We may grant, stagger, or decline access at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
  • Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without permission.
  • Do not submit false or misleading information.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and example media — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Example images shown on the Site were generated with AI and are provided for illustration only.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
